拥有16年的境内资本市场培训经验，长期担任北京大学汇丰商学院私募股权投资班、北京大学金融投资家高级研修班、清华大学公司治理与资本运营高级培训班授课老师。主要讲授资本市场、资本运营、企业股票发行与上市、企业融资与兼并收购、资产证券化、私募股权投资等课程。
